Our state-of-the-art chemistry and microbiology labs conduct testing on all incoming ingredients and finished products. They also support in-process testing , stability testing, specialized contaminant testing, and food safety testing.

Key lab functions include:

  • Raw Material Qualification Program: All raw materials and vendors are qualified via a rigorous lab testing protocol to verify their identification, potency, purity, and composition..
  • In-Process Monitoring: Checks for moisture, blend uniformity, and weight accuracy to safeguard consistency.
  • Finished Product Testing: Physical, chemical. and microbiology test results are reported via a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch produced.
  • Stability Testing: Stability studies are offered for justification of shelf life according to ICH guidelines and using accelerated and long term conditions.
  • Microbiological Screening: All incoming ingredients and all finished products are subject to microbiological testing. Testing includes total bacterial, yeast & molds, and pathogen screening
  • Environmental Monitoring Program: Includes testing of water, air and production equipment,  under current food safety best practices.
  • Contaminants Testing: Raw material and finished products testing for pesticides, residual solvents, heavy metals, and allergens.
  • Sensory Testing and Evaluation:  Our specialize panel of technical experts evaluates products for color, taste, odor, texture, and solubility, as part of our product release criteria.

All testing adheres to fully GMP-compliant, validated methods from the FDA, EPA, USP, AOAC Proficiency Testing Programs, and ASTM, and we participate in NIST and DSQAP studies for added assurance.
